The Ministry of Science and ICT (MSIT) and the National Research Foundation of Korea (NRF) are pleased to announce the official launch of the Top-Tier Premier International Research Consortium.
This program aims to build a global collaboration platform by supporting international joint research among world-class institutions and strengthening Korea’s global leadership in science and technology.

As part of the initial phase, the following international joint research projects are currently being prepared:

• SNU – Stanford University
  Global C2H Research Center

• KRICT – REGA
  Development of Therapeutic and Vaccine Candidates via the Advancement of a Pandemic Response Platform

• KAIST – MIT
  KAIST-MIT Future Energy Research Center

• IBS – RIKEN
  Establishment of an International Cooperation Platform for Extreme Rare Isotope Science

The Consortium will also promote the publication of STI Briefs, the hosting of global symposiums, and the establishment of standardized R&D agreements to support sustainable international cooperation.
